Working in line with Government Guidelines on Covid-19, new hygiene and safety measures have been introduced for the safety of staff and more importantly our customers. With these new procedures we aim to maintain high standards of hygiene in the play centre and reduce the risk of transmission of the virus.
We have introduced reduced capacity to help maintain social distancing. We will also be operating a telephone booking system for sessions. To book your session, please call 01772 795201.
Sessions will be available on the following times:
10am - 11.30am
12pm – 1.30pm
2pm – 3.30pm
4pm – 5.30pm
To help our staff to undertake a thorough cleaning and clearing of the centre, customers must strictly observe the session times. Please arrive no more than 10mins before the start of your session, observe 2m social distancing at all times when queuing. Please be aware, track and trace system will be in place and you will be required to provide your name, address and contact number. When your session has ended, please leave promptly.
Adults and children (over the age of 11) must wear facemasks when entering the centre. Facemasks can be removed whilst seated at your table or entering the play frame and accompanying children.
All Parents and Children must use the hand sanitiser provided in the lobby entrance, BEFORE ENTERING THE PLAY CENTRE. Hand sanitising stations have been installed throughout the centre. Please use the hand sanitiser before and after entering the play frame.
2m social distancing guidelines must be observed all the time whilst in the play Centre. Signage has been placed around the centre to remind you.
Clearing and sanitising of high-risk contact points and areas will be taking place throughout the day and between session times.
Balls have been removed from Ball pits, other loose play equipment has also been removed to aid hygiene and sanitising.
To observe social distancing some of our tables will have signage displayed, as they will be out of use. Please do not move or join up tables.
Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the toilet facilities, please ensure you follow the Government guidelines on hand washing.
We are currently not taking any party bookings and will advise all customers when we are ready to do so.
DO NOT ENTER THE PLAY CENTRE if you or your children are experiencing any of the symptoms, if you or your children feel unwell during the session please leave immediately and seek emergency advice.
